Donnie J - With You (Cover)
Donnie J used to appear in Making The Band 4 but he didn't make the band even he had impressed Diddy at first. However, he's offered a solo contract with Bad Boy Records thanks to his unique warm voice and he signed it because that was his dream. With You, originally sung by Chris Brown, with the beat sampled from Irreplaceable of Beyoncé was covered by Donnie J. I'm not really sure if this is his voice 'cause he seemed to use so much mixing in it. But it's a good song, deff check it out !

Jesse McCartney - Leavin' [1st Single!]
Pop singer Jesse McCartney returns in 2008 with a new album and here we have the song set to be his first single. The track is titled "Leavin'" and what can i say about it? Well, when i first played it i did not believe i was hearing to Jesse lol. I don't like the song at all. This like R&B/pop style (and lyrics) really doesn't suit him imo. Sounds like something Chris Brown could have done and would be cool with him but with Jesse is a big no for me atleast. Anyways, this new CD will become Jesse's 3rd studio album. I actually liked his previous 2 records. "Beautiful Soul" was more pop orientated, i liked a couple songs in it but his second effort "Right Where U Want Me", this i really liked since it had a pop/rock sound. Check it out

Leona Lewis Update!
"Spirit", the debut album by UK Singing-sensation Leona Lewis has been released already across the globe but in one country, the United States. Leona's label is planning a huge promotion for the album for its US release so they're taking their time. America won't hear "Spirit" until April - April 8th to be exact. But Leona will start a bit of the promotion this week in which she will premiere the music video (US version) for her first single "Bleeding Love". She's set to be a special guest on MTV's "TRL" this Wednesday, there she'll premiere the video, according to her Website.
· Besides filming a totally new video for "Bleeding Love" - for the US release - Leona is also currently working in the studio on two brand new songs that will be included on the US version of "Spirit". The titles of the new songs are; "Forgive Me" and "Misses Glass". Leona is pretty much a success in all the countries her album has been released but we'll have to see how the American audience will recieve her, plus i gotta say she's going to a have a tough competitor in April since Pop Diva Mariah Carey is also set to release her new CD, "That Chick", that month.

Toni Braxton is back!!!!
R&B star Toni Braxton will release a brand new album around the Spring or Summer of 2008. The new album will be "classic, old-school, Toni's style". This was announced by Toni Braxton herself in a recent interview the show "Crossroads" (hosted by Sheletta Brundidge) did with her. In other great news, Toni just extended her "Toni Braxton: Revealed" show at the Flamingo Las Vegas hotel until the end of the year. Toni began this show in August 2006 and thanks to its success look how long it's lasting! Good for Toni. And i'm also really excited about her upcoming album! Simply love all her music. Her latest CD was "Libra" (2005) which was for me one HOT album despite not selling that well, i still play one of my faves songs in it "Shadowless". Thanks Michael!

Paula Abdul: 'Dance Like There's..' (HQ!)
Paula Abdul's new single 'Dance Like There's No Tomorrow' has been getting overall great feedback and it was recently finally officially released to iTunes tonight. The single is a great song and could possibly get her back to the top if everything goes right. I'm hoping she'll make a new album after all these years! She'll also be performing at the Super Bowl's pre-game show, so be sure to watch that for sure!

Check out this new song by French singer M. Pokora titled "She's Dangerous". He's a well established singer in France and on March 24th he will be releasing his 3rd studio album entitled "MP3". M. Pokora wants to go international with this new album so for that reason 10 out of the 13 songs on the album will be in English. And he's worked, of course, with none other than Timbaland! xD. The first single from "MP3" will be the Timbo-produced "She's Dangerous", which also features Timbaland and his brother Sebastian. Danity Kane Update!
So BadBoy Records R&B girl group Danity Kane has already a first single, from their upcoming album, chosen and it is "Damaged". I think out of the two available options to choose from this song was the best one, it got the better reception from the fans so it's all good at the end. The new album is set to drop on March 11th and we finally have a title! DK member Dawn Richards has recently uploaded the new single "Damaged" into her Myspace Player and so when you play it you'll see the group's upcoming album title. It's going to be called..."Welcome to the Dollhouse". I like it! I'm soooo looking foward to their CD. Also, remember to catch Danity Kane in the new season of "Making The Band" premiering Monday, January 28th on MTV.

After becoming popular with their hit single "Apologize", the US group "One Republic" decided to pull through "Stop & Stare" as their next and second single from their album "Dreaming Out Loud". The song isn't that bad- it is that typical radio song- really chilly XD. Of course it isn't that awesome as "Apologize", but still nice.
Honestly it's strange that such a good song, comes from an album, which was classified 2nd worst album from Entertainment Weekly. I can't say anything against it, because I still haven't listened to it.

After two quite disappointing singles "Do It Well" and "Hold It Don't Drop It", Epic Records decided to release "Brave" as Jennifer's third single from the same-titled album. I just listened to the song only one time, but I think it's an awesome track. The chorus is very catchy and I simply love it. Especially the part I'm not afraid, I'm not afraid, cos I've become brave. Love it.

New artist time! Let me introduce to you Songwriter/Singer Wynter Gordon with her first single, "Surveillance", from her upcoming debut album due in later this year. Wynter's first impact in the music business came when one of her songs got featured on Mary J. Blige's mega sucessful album "The Breakthrough", she wrote the song "Gonna Breakthrough". Wynter is signed with Atlantic Records and is currently putting the final touches to her debut CD to be titled "Wynter" and which will feature productions by The Dream, Bryan-Michael Cox, Ryan Tedder among others. As i said, "Surveillance" has been chosen to be her first single and is the reason why i'm doing this post cause the song is HOT!! I'm loving it. Pop star Britney Spears will release the T-Pain-produced track "Hot As Ice" as the 3rd single from "Blackout". Britney revealed the news first to X17Online's photogs over the weekend. She headed on Sunday night to the Millenium Dance Studio to prepare the choreography for the upcoming videoshoot! And now Robert Baker, the owner of the dance complex also confirms the news to People.com:
"She is working on the choreography for her song 'Hot as Ice,'" Baker said, "She rehearsed an amazing routine with a chair."
There are soo many hot songs on Britney's album that deserve to become a single but you know how life is so not everyone will have that opportunity. Personally, my faves to be singles are: "Hot As Ice", "Radar" and "Break The Ice". Those are on my high priority list lol. And if all three (2 now) become singles then i'd like to see "Heaven on Earth" and "Toy Solider" as the next ones. So Britney would be having like 7 singles from "Blackout" xD. Anyways, hopefully she releases atleast a couple more!

Rapper Lil' Kim has parted ways with her all time label, Atlantic Records. The rapper says that she plans to release her next studio album independently. There are rumors she will join Capitol Music Group's independent arm, Imperial Records. This next album will be Kim's follow-up to her 2005 effort "The Naked Truth", which has sold 394,000 copies so far in the US, and her first album after being released from prison (in 2006) and is now tentatively set for an April or May 2008 release. The 33-year-old singer - who previously resisted all attempts to reunite the group - has been persuaded to perform with the girls once again by the band's former manager Simon Fuller.
Fuller is quoted as saying: "All of the girls are up for it. The reunion will definitely happen."
Mel - formerly known as Sporty Spice - was the only stumbling block in plans to reform the British girl group.
Fuller recently urged Mel's one-time bandmates Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell to talk to her about a six-month world tour. Fuller, who masterminded the group's phenomenal worldwide success, says the reunion will only be temporary.
He said: "The Spice Girls will come back with a big bang. They will do a whirlwind tour for six months and then be gone again."

Ashlee Simpson, busy writing her next album, said fans should expect a more soulful sound. "I'm from Texas, I come from that background," she said. "It's cool because on my last two records I was writing with the same people and now I'm writing with a bunch of different people. I'm writing with my guitar player Ray [Brady] and just seeing where it goes." Simpson is eyeing an October release...
Will be interesting to listen to Ashlee's soulful side but don't worry cause i mean she'll probably record her usual catchy pop rock songs. Well so far she's had a pretty good career her two albums reached the #1 place in the Billboard and the singles as well did pretty good and well she had one bad episode which was the SNL lip synch problem but it's already in the past cause she with the second album came back to the show and gave two great live performances. Anyways we still have to wait several months for the record but i really can't wait to give a listen! Enjoy

I'm leaving you above the demo version of the track that leaked very long time ago, the track was also titled Ghetto so it might be the same one but who knows if they've made an entire new sound for it. The original song is a nice ballad, where Kelly shows her sexy voice and well i kinda like it. But for me not single material but i have to listen to the new version with Snoop for a final opinion.

Recently Nicole Scherziner was on Ryan Seacrest's radio show on KISS Fm radio for an interview to talk about her upcomin' debut solo album! I'm glad she finally revealed some information about the album and her work with the PCD group. Here's the important info from the interview:
· The Album's titled "Her Name Is Nicole" and will be released this Summer
· She has worked in this project with hot producers like Kanye West, Will I Am, Sean Garret, Timbaland, Polow Don among others
· She will stay with the PCD girls for one more album most likely to be released very late this year or early 2008
